Travis Coleman
The most profound movements often start with a single person who refuses to accept the status quo. Our founder didn't just see young athletes. He saw future leaders waiting to write their own stories, transform their potential into purpose, and create pathways where none existed before.

His Story
Travis Coleman is a 2003 graduate of St. Augustine. Mr. Coleman is a graduate of Auburn University. As a Scouting Supervisor for Major League Baseball, Travis has spent eight years with three MLB teams: Houston Astros, Los Angeles Dodgers and the Atlanta Braves. While with the Houston Astros organization, Coleman witnessed all three minor league divisions win four consecutive championships. In 2017, he also witnessed the Astros win the Major League Baseball World Series. Travis joined the Atlanta Braves in 2020 and yet again found himself witnessing another World Series being captured by a team he’s affiliated with as the Braves won the 2021 World Series. Mr. Coleman is the owner of “The Prospect Lab” located in Birmingham Alabama where he has nurtured and supported over 1,000 baseball players' development. Since opening in 2015, The Prospect Lab has seen 450 baseball players perform on the collegiate level, 51 drafted with 35 being drafted out of high school and 5 already making the Major Leagues.
